My Blue Heaven

Most people have to go to their doctor in order to be healed of what’s ailing them. I don’t even have to get into my car. Instead, I sit down and lean back in my reclining blue chair, and all that ails me disappears. I purchased this chair several years ago from a dear lady friend who wanted to get rid of it. I gladly bought it, and what a life saver it has turned out to be. After I had knee replacement surgery, where did I end up more than anywhere else. In the blue chair. When I can’t sleep, and I get out of bed to relax and become sleepy, where do I go but to the blue chair. I have one problem with the chair–I can’t watch TV very well when I’m in my chair as I am facing away from the TV. Sometime though I sit in the chair with the TV on and just listen to what’s playing on TV. Mostly, my blue chair is a dozing chair. My goodness, but it has some magic dust that puts me to sleep after I have read a few pages in a book. Surely, in Heaven, there will be a blue recliner for us seniors.
