Downtown Auto Comfort

I have been taking my car to be serviced at Downtown Auto for years. I count on the employees there to keep my vehicle in good running condition. I obey every command that they issue as I trust their judgment and know that they will give me the best price and do the best job they possibly can. Greg, one of the two mechanics, has always serviced my car when I bring it in. Max Lewis, the scheduler, and I chat to pass the time while I’m waiting. Recently, I scheduled to take my car in for routine maintenance. When I made the appointment, we were in a cold spell, and I hoped that, by the time I was to take the car in, that the weather would have warmed. Not so…in fact, the morning I was scheduled was one of the colder mornings of the winter thus far. Before I left the house, I donned two  jackets, knowing that, while I waited, I would be exposed to the elements as the waiting room is in a corner of the garage just beyond the bay entrances which are all open. When I arrived and turned in my keys, I expressed to Max how disappointed I was in my choice of mornings to have this service performed. He smiled and escorted me into their private office where he had turned on a heater. Now that’s what I call service. Thanks Max, Greg, and Ray, all three of whom give me reason to continue servicing my automobile at Downtown Auto.
