The Flowers of May

As most of you know, I love flowers. I especially love planting them from seeds and watching them grow to maturity, but then there are other ways that I add flowers to my yard apart from seeds. My favorite nursery in town is Willow Tree and, when I visit Willow Tree and find already-blooming flowers at a reasonable price, I buy them. The plumaria (pictured below), also know as the frangipani, was neither a seedling nor a purchase. In fact, it was a cutting that I rooted. I admired the flowers so much that the owner offered me the cutting which has now grown into a beautiful full-sized plant. The orchids (also pictured) came from a cutting as well. Enjoy the beauty I discover every time I walk outside my home.
